About the Job
CINQCARE is seeking a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing + Engagement to lead our omni channel marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving Family Member and Provider acquisition, retention and engagement while strengthening CINQCARE’s brand presence in underserved communities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of using data-driven insights to scale growth strategies and a passion for community -centered healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of omni channel marketing campaigns across digital (email, SMS, social media), in-person, and traditional channels.Align marketing initiatives with CINQCARE's growth goals, revenue targets, and engagement model while defining and tracking success metrics such as lead conversion, engagement rates, and provider satisfaction.Design strategies to enhance Family Member engagement and improve provider loyalty through culturally competent, personalized outreach.Develop automated, segmented customer journeys to drive retention and reengagement.Leverage advanced analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce) to optimize campaign performance, improve targeting, and maximize marketing spend efficiency.Provide data-driven insights, real-time reporting, and A/B testing to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and conversion rates.Build and lead a high-performing team of marketers and external partners, mentoring staff to deliver measurable business impact.Oversee budget planning and allocation to ensure marketing efforts are cost-effective and aligned with strategic growth priorities.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field(Advanced degree preferred).7–10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Expertise in designing and managing omni channel marketing campaigns across digital, in-person, and traditional channels.Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and optimize marketing strategies.Demonstrated success in customer lifecycle management, digital engagement, and retention strategies.Experience in healthcare or community-focused organizations is preferred but not required.Why Join Us?

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
This position requires both in-home and office-based work. The job requires frequent travel for home visits and travel to physician offices, hospitals, sub-acute facilities, community partners and non-home-based market offices in all types of weather conditions. In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an ability to travel frequently by car and/or public transportation, the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
