Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching diverse teams along with fostering a
culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for leading a team of Sales Professionals in our professional division 
• Responsible for driving the performance of Sales Professionals within assigned region through
providing sales support, metrics analysis, and ongoing training.
• Supports, advises, coaches and mentors sales team members on all aspects of their roles
including internal/external resources to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and
analysis of competitive information.
• Manages the Sales Professionals to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed regional and
corporate-set goals- working with leadership on alignment of goals.
• Identifies individual and team training needs to ensure sales success and professional
development of team members.
• Define and proactively drive KPIs with a keen focus on new business opportunities.
• Create visibility to generate and manage leads to increase sales funnel size and quality.

Preferred Education & Experience:
• 5 or more years’ experience as a B2B managerial sales professional
• Demonstrable track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally with career progression

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
