Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations 5 years' experience in hotel, and at least 2 years in similar capacity Good knowledge in Customer Service Excellence, Strong Communication Skills, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making, Hotel Operations and Procedures, Attention to Detail. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
