Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or resort settingKnowledge of housekeeping and laundry operationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management softwareKnowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity.
