The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR technology systems. The role ensures the HR function aligns with company goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in hospitality.
· Ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.
· Experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices.
· Experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, and workforce planning.
· Prior experience in HR management in luxury hotels is highly desirable.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-service standard environment.
