About this role: We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead our human resources function and align HR initiatives with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep understanding of the technology sector, and the ability to cultivate a high-performance culture.ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, partnering with executive leadership to drive these initiatives.Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies, ensuring top talent is attracted and retained. Implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and accountability.Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, employee feedback, and organizational development, prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.Policy Development & Compliance: Design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws at local, state, and federal levels.Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll and oversee the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure equitable pay practices and employee satisfaction.Training & Development: Identify organizational training needs and implement professional development programs that promote continuous learning and career advancement.Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, driving data-informed decisions.
