_Position Summary:_
The Human Resource Director (HRD) is a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and other leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives for the 137-bed hospital with over 500 team members. The HRD is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of Human Resources, including: employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, policy and procedures; and managing a team of HR professionals. The HRD reports directly to the hospital CEO, while receiving direction from the Lifepoint Division HRD.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Master's degree is preferred
Required Experience:
1-3 years previous experience in human resources in a hospital or medical management setting is required
1-2 years previous supervisor experience is required
