Director of Impact Requisition Number 2023-7394 Overview

Directs the Manager of Program Support, Membership Director, and Membership Coordinator. Manages all strategic relationships and partnerships with LAUSD and BUSD ASES Program. Oversees government programs , transportation programs and implements companywide training and staff development. Maintains close, daily contact with Club professional, has contact with members, and provides technical assistance in matters of programming and operations; interacts regularly with Chief Executive Officer. Maintains contact with external community groups,  and partners.

Responsibilities Oversees the implementation and delivery of mentoring grants and programs. Oversees the implementation of all staff training programs that will facilitate achievement of Youth Development Outcomes. Manages all LAUSD requirements in partnership with the Director of Programs and the CEO.Ensures program-related state and federal Develops collaborative partnerships with public, civic groups and social agencies within the Responsible for maintaining existing relationships with LAUSD and BUSD.Oversees the identification and evaluation of opportunities to improve program effectiveness based on participation and achievement of stated goals; recommends modifications to improve program performance, as Manages transportation requirements in partnership with the Director of Operations.Participates on the Safety Committee.Plans and implements a staff development and training program for all employees. Creates a training program for all school sites.May participate in the development and implementation of a strategic planning process for overall site programs, including the development of annual program objectives and goals.Participates in special programs and/or community Hold and preside over weekly staff meetings in partnership with Director of Enrichment Programs and Director of Programs.

Qualifications 4-year College DegreeExcellent planning and organizational skillsA minimum of seven years’ work experience in non-profit agency or school district operations management and supervision, or an equivalent combination of experience and educationFamiliar with the principles of youth developmentAbility to work independently and in autonomousAbility to collaborate with diverse communities and Know how to define and work toward positive Working knowledge of budget preparation, control, and managementMust have valid state driver's license and must be able to drive your own CPR and First Aid CertificationAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff, subordinates, Board members, community groups, and other related agencies.
