How You’ll Do It

Coordinate, schedule and maintain Guest lessonsUtilize swing analysis technology and learning theories, and integrate teaching aids in all programsGrow the golf instruction platform at your venue, through marketing and community outreachDirect tournaments and summer campsWork with the events team to promote and teach lessons at eventsWalk the tee line on all levels during peak times (when not engaged in golf instruction) to market platform / give impromptu lessonsSupervise information requests regarding or pertaining to schedule of lessons and instructional series.Manage and implement ideas for player development series at venue levelManage club fitting, club repair and general maintenance of equipmentMaintain inventory of golf services tools, technology and teaching aidsMeet budgetary requirements for the golf services program

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years’ experience teaching golf lessons with experience coaching different levels of golfers2-3 previous sales experience required PGA Membership; Class A Certification preferredBachelor’s degree preferredManagement of an independent golf lesson program Proven track record of successful instructionExceptional coaching ability Social and interpersonal skills required to interact with all Topgolf GuestsFamiliarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology Ability to develop positive and ongoing relationships with GuestsExcellent communication, time management and organization skillsAbility to work on a teamEnergy and enthusiasmA high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrityAbility to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of timeAvailability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
