Investor Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with North American investors, ensuring clear communication of the company’s strategy, performance, and value creation to current shareholders, while also expanding the new investor base.Collaboration with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business group leaders and their teams to understand their priorities and objectives. Co-develop high-profile activities with these groups to help investors gain a deep understanding of their businesses, and partner with them to enhance the company’s investor outreach effortsExternal Communication Strategy: Monitor investor sentiment and work with senior management and other functional areas to craft and execute a comprehensive external communication strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goalsPreparation of Communication Materials: Create communication materials, including earnings slides, executive script assistance, and conference call Q&A preparation for quarterly conference calls, road shows, corporate communications, and other investor activitiesEvent Coordination: Organize and manage investor events, such as earnings calls, investor days, and conferences, to boost engagement and strengthen relationships with key stakeholdersCompliance and Best Practices: Ensure all investor relations activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices, upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency; Actively gather and provide investor feedbacks to relevant stakeholdersAd-hoc projectsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, buy-side, sell-side or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment analysis; Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
Preferred Qualifications:MBA or relevant advanced degree Experience in investment banking or equity research is advantageous; For an IR background, a proven track record of successfully managing investor relationships and executing effective IR strategies is advantageousExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Investor Relations (IR) to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on managing and enhancing relationships with investors based in North America. The ideal candidate should effectively develop external communication messages, articulate corporate strategy, and collaborate closely with leaders of various business groups to support and execute IR activities tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
