Summary: Seeking a Director of IT to oversee and enhance IT infrastructure, manage systems, and lead a team in driving technology initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in IT management or related role. Strong technical skills in network administration, server administration, and security. Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in IT management or related field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA). Experience with manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage on-premise and cloud-based servers and network infrastructure. Oversee data storage solutions and ensure system security. Support ERP (Syteline) and CRM (Infor) systems; manage hosted applications. Lead desktop support services and provide technical support to end-users. Lead the IT team through hiring, training, and project assignment. Plan and execute IT projects; manage timelines and budgets. Handle vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and service agreements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations; conduct security audits.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
