Description We are seeking an experienced Director of Security to join our team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be tasked with the oversight of IT operations, the introduction of new technologies, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Supervise the implementation and management of Cisco Technologies and AWS Technologies. • Lead the adoption of Agile Scrum methodologies across IT projects. • Ensure IT systems and processes are in line with Audit Compliance and FedRAMP regulations. • Develop and implement effective cyber security measures, using tools like Splunk and SIEM. • Keep abreast of Cloud Technologies and Computer Hardware. • Continuously monitor and audit IT operations to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. • Develop and implement a robust GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) framework. • Address IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Supervise the management of IT hardware and software resources. • Develop and implement strategies for IT infrastructure and system optimization. Requirements • Applicant must possess an in-depth understanding of Cisco Technologies. • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is a significant requirement for this role. • Demonstrable experience with Agile Scrum methodologies is necessary. • The candidate should have solid experience in Auditing. • Mastery of AWS Technologies is a mandatory requirement. • Knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential. • Audit Compliance skills are required. • Compliance experience is a prerequisite for this role. • The applicant should have a strong background in Cyber Security. • Familiarity with GRC is necessary. • Experience with FedRAMP is a significant advantage. • Proficiency in using Splunk is required. • Proficiency in SIEM Tools is a must for this role.
