Responsibilities of the Director of Lease Administration include:\n\nSupervision of the Occupancy Specialist staff\nSupervision and monitoring of leasing activities including but not limited to issuing new leases, lease renewals, residency agreements, income certification and recertification and ensuring compliance with funding sources regarding rental subsidies in addition to other various duties and obligations.\nCoordinate issuing notices of any violations, processing of eviction notices and implementing evictions, correspond with legal counsel, and attend tenancy court, as necessary.\nInterface with staff, program directors, contractors, inspectors and funding sources on all property management issues and\/or improvement projects, when necessary. \nSupervision of the agency's vehicle fleet. \nEnsure the agency's Lease Administration policies and procedures are adhered to. \n\n

Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Lease Administration or related field\nFive (5) years' experience in Lease Administration or related field\nTwo (2) year's supervisory experience preferred.\n\n
