Your Opportunity: Taylor Print Impressions is seeking a Director, Manufacturing Operations to join our team in Lake Mary, FL. This role will direct and control all production aspects of the P&L via KPIs, quality assurance, and administrative segments of the plant operations. This position is responsible for driving a culture of engagement, and a positive and productive work environment for all personnel.

Your Responsibilities:

Directs operations of a multiple shift manufacturing facilityLead and develop a customer centric production teamDevelops plans and budgets focusing on profitabilityOversees the effective management of operations, scheduling, and on time deliveryDrives a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of the businessFull accountability for financial performance of manufacturing from creation of budget to actual monthly P&L performance, including such tasks as forecasting, variance reporting, budgeting, etc.Good understanding of all aspects of the business including backlogs, schedules, markups, costs, and pricing to ensure good business decisions are made dailyBuild relationships with customers and key vendors; act as an escalation point for customer or key vendor issuesSelects, develops, trains, and motivates staff to ensure attainment of short- and long-term growth objectivesResponsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards for all employeesSupports the implementation of automated systems throughout the facility

You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of broad management experiencePrior experience building and leading teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of all functional areas (manufacturing, finance, sales/marketing, etc.)Strong interpersonal skills with unquestioned integrityIntermediate PC Skills - Computer/measurement systems knowledge; proficient in spreadsheet applications, web browser/internet navigationStrong planning / organizational skills, results orientedStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate employees
