Job DescriptionAs the Cluster Director of Sales, you will lead all sales activities for the hotels from a strategic perspective, achieving revenue and profit targets while growing and developing a loyal customer base. You will ensure that the sales teams fully understand the priorities of the sales department and focus on maintaining current account bases and establishing new client contacts. It will be your responsibility to orient new team members in the strategy, positioning, product knowledge, and service offering of the brand. You will ensure all team members are fully trained in the appropriate face-to-face selling skills to successfully perform their jobs. Additionally, you will drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell all of our products.
QualificationsMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience directing and leading a sales team within an international hospitality brand.Prior experience at the Director level or at least 2 years in a Cluster position at the managerial level.Extensive experience in sales account management, revenue management, and marketing communication, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and management.Fluency in English.Established professional relationships within the industry.Experience working with a creative agency is a plus.Demonstrated success in leading online marketing initiatives and managing content through CRM systems and branded websites.
