**Marketing Director at Hidden Level** **Position Overview:** Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection technology. As we expand, we're looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in managing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role can be based at the Corporate office in Syracuse, NY or East Coast. **Responsibilities:** Brand Management: + Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. + Manage and execute brand campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Content Marketing: + Develop and manage content strategies that resonate with target audiences across various platforms. + Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals, supporting the buyer journey from awareness to conversion. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): + Lead ABM initiatives targeting high-value accounts to drive personalized marketing efforts and enhance engagement. + Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM strategies with account-specific goals and objectives. Industry Marketing: + Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific industries such as energy, oil and gas, telecom, defense, and homeland security. + Create industry-specific content and campaigns to position Hidden Level as a leader in these sectors. Press and Analyst Relations: + Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media and industry analysts. + Coordinate press releases, media engagements, and analyst briefings to enhance company reputation and visibility. Marketing Analytics and Reporting: + Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. + Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and ROI. Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: + Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance marketing efforts and expand market reach. + Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options. **Salary Range** : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $130,000 to $170,000 annually.
