Director of Marketing
Description We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team in New York. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing, promotional and sales campaigns, as well as identifying and managing strategic partnerships. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic marketing, promotional, and sales campaigns. • Drive revenue through these campaigns and increase brand awareness. • Manage ticket sales and registration for all events. • Drive visitor traffic to iconic locations and manage memberships across all levels. • Increase tune-in for digital content such as YouTube Premieres and livestreams. • Promote the brand as a destination through various branding efforts. • Identify, secure, and manage the implementation of strategic media, marketing, promotional and content partnerships. • Work with national and local media as well as affinity groups, schools, and other community groups and organizations to establish partnerships. • Utilize skills in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Collateral Management, and Digital to fulfill job responsibilities. Requirements • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies, tools, and channels. • Proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS). • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems for maintaining and building valuable customer relationships. • Ability to analyze data using tools like Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics. • Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms. • Strong skills in creating and managing advertisements across various channels. • Ability to develop strategies to increase brand awareness. • Experience in managing marketing collateral according to brand guidelines. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse and dynamic team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • High level of creativity and ability to think outside of the box.
