SUMMARY
The focus of this position is to translate our company goals and project accomplishments into effective and engaging marketing activities. We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Director of Marketing to guide a small dynamic team of Social, Graphic Design, and Web specialists and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
You will work in collaboration with the heads of Sales and Business development to ensure that our marketing activities are well-integrated with our sales and business development efforts ensuring that marketing campaigns align and execute against the overall brand strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Management: Oversee the on-going development and management of the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales and business growth. Leadership: Provide leadership for the Marketing Team. Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of marketing professionals. Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Market Research: Stay informed of Sanborn’s business development and sales campaigns, industry trends, and competitive posture to drive messaging and brand positioning. Content Generation: Lead and contribute to content generation, including idea generation, quality control, innovation, and as a contributing writer. Creative Application: Apply creativity to various communication systems, including web pages, emails, social media, video, YouTube channel, press releases, paid advertising, trade show displays, and digital and printed materials. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on marketing activity and results to track progress, identify successful efforts, and promote process improvement. Calendar Management: Manage and maintain a calendar of marketing activity and commitments. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience: 5+ years of relevant marketing experience required Working at an Advertising Agency or Consultancy a plus Creative Mindset: A natural ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven, with a strong desire to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. Adaptable: Comfortable with change and able to pivot strategies as needed to meet evolving business goals. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Salary Range: 90K - 130K annually
