**Job Summary:** We are looking for a strong strategic marketing leader who thrives on driving 'China-for-China' strategy, stimulating overall lifecycle service business growth, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. This role will lead the team represent the entire Emerson Portfolio supported by business units, regional and function teams on harnessing marketing insights to propel our business forward. You will directly report to China President. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Oversea the 'China-for-China' marketing strategy planning and execution in the targeted markets where our company operates. + Leverage market intelligence to expand Emerson’s reach beyond current boundaries, conducting detailed assessments of market potential, evaluating risks and benefits, and assembling competitive insights. + Lead the marketing team to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and ensure that our marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall goals. + Drive digital marketing initiatives, including 2 identified digital front doors: website and WeChat, as well as SEO, SEM, social media marketing + Build local data-driven content management strategy, including content planning, budgeting, creation and management to attract and retain customers, support leads championing. + Handle budget planning and allocation for marketing campaigns and optimize return on investment. + Apply a blend of data-driven decision-making and qualitative research to analyze historical and forecasted trends across customers, industries, products, and geographies. + Become the external representative of the organization, building strategic partnerships with the media, team members and potential clients. + Develop lifecycle customer support strategy and execution to ensure high-level customer happiness across entire lifecycle. Provide best-in-class service operations to attain outstanding customer happiness + Lead team to develop extraordinary digital customer experience encompassing the entire lifecycle. + Propel the growth of lifecycle business and provide insights on healthy of Emerson's installed base in China by working with BUs team. **Who You Are:** You serve as a goal-getter to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You are a strong leader driving entrepreneurial change and encouraging collaborator collaboration. You provide clear direction, leadership, insights and communication to pursue strategic and sophisticated opportunities in China. You set daring goals and have high standards. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + University degree or any equivalent experience in Engineering field such as Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Automation, MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. + Minimum 10 years’ experience preferably in the Process Industries and Automation Industry. + Experiences in driving strategy, delivering results in ambiguous environments + Creative thinker identifying market opportunities + Mature personality and interpersonal savvy, strong collaboration style, teamwork, and good communication skills within matrix organization. + Self-starter capable of encouraging teams and managing projects + Strong organization skills with the ability to manage through influence + Proactive, high-energy style **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Frequent travel to customer sites in China and occasionally international locations. + Proficient in English and Chinese. **Our Offer To You:** By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
