Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Director of Marketing Communication with strong background and experience in Marketing and also Public Relation to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

Director of Marketing Communication will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.To develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and revenue-driven strategies

• Expertise in brand positioning, PR, and social media engagement.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
