The Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the marketing and communication strategies across six Hilton resorts in the Seychelles, with a concentrated focus on the luxury portfolio, including the flagship Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island and Mango House Seychelles, LXR Hotels & Resorts\. Additionally the Director will also focus on Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa\. This role is responsible for overseeing the department's overall strategy and operations while working closely with a dedicated F&B Marketing Executive to drive and implement revenue initiatives for Food & Beverage \(F&B\) outlets\.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a robust marketing and communication strategy that elevates the visibility of Hilton’s Seychelles resorts portfolio\.
• Define and articulate brand positioning and unique selling points \(USPs\) for each property, tailoring strategies to emphasize the luxurious offerings of the Waldorf Astoria and LXR brands\.
• Lead the Marketing & Communications department across all properties, fostering a collaborative and high\-performance culture\.
• Supervise, mentor and support the F&B Marketing Executive to drive F&B revenue initiatives, ensuring marketing campaigns align with business objectives\.
• Work closely with PR teams, digital marketing specialists, and social media teams, both in\-house and via agency partnerships, to ensure effective execution of marketing activities\.
• Devise and lead high\-impact luxury marketing campaigns for the premium properties, targeting ultra\-luxury and high\-net\-worth clientele\.
• Collaborate with global and regional Hilton luxury marketing teams to align on brand standards, shared goals, and upscale experiences that distinguish the luxury portfolio in the Seychelles\.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, social media content, and marketing collateral to tell the distinctive stories of each resort, with an emphasis on luxury for premium properties
• Strategize and oversee digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives to drive brand awareness, direct bookings, and engagement across all properties\.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and content creators within luxury and travel sectors, especially in high\-end markets\.
• Work alongside the F&B Marketing Executive to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and revenue for F&B outlets across properties\.
• Develop promotional strategies, partnerships, and event activations that enhance the appeal of F&B offerings, positioning them as leading culinary destinations\.
• Use data\-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact\.
• Manage the marketing and communications budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources\.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives across properties, reporting on key metrics to assess ROI and adjust tactics as needed\.
• Collaborate closely with General Managers, F&B teams, and the Regional Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with overall property goals\.
• Build relationships with local tourism boards, Hilton regional offices, and partners to leverage additional marketing opportunities and enhance brand presence\.
