Marketing and Sales Enablement Director – Assurance

Location: US - Hybrid

About the role:
We are looking for a visionary Marketing and Sales Enablement Director to drive the growth and success of BSI’s Americas Assurance division. In this leadership role, you will craft innovative marketing strategies and sales enablement solutions that will directly impact sales and revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning across the Americas. This is your chance to lead a dynamic, forward-thinking team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and create high-impact campaigns that drive results.

As a key driver of our business in the Americas, you will work with teams across the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, equipping them with the tools, training, and insights needed to succeed in an ever-evolving market.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:

Lead with Strategy: Design and implement a powerful marketing and sales enablement strategy that boosts revenue, drives market expansion, and enhances our competitive edge.Collaborate & Align: Partner closely with the SVP, Head of Sales, and other key stakeholders to align marketing and sales efforts with BSI’s global vision and objectives.Empower Your Team: Lead and inspire a high-performing team across the Americas, nurturing a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous growth.Drive Marketing Excellence: Spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract new clients, support market expansion, and enhance BSI’s brand presence.Optimize Performance: Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure measurable outcomes that enhance marketing’s contribution to sales.Elevate Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with cutting-edge tools, training, and resources to increase their effectiveness, productivity, and conversion rates.Measure Success: Establish clear KPIs to track the success of marketing and sales initiatives, and provide actionable insights that improve performance.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Extensive Experience: 10+ years in marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving significant business impact.Proven Track Record: A history of successfully increasing revenue, driving market share growth, and optimizing marketing efficiency.Leadership Excellence: Strong team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across diverse regions.Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing, content development, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and using data to make informed decisions.Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for turning complex data into actionable strategies.A Strong Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Multilingual Skills: Bilingual in Portuguese, French, or Spanish is a plus, as it will enable seamless communication across the region.Proven Efficiency: Experience in optimizing marketing budgets and delivering high ROI on campaigns.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position can range from $118,500.00 to $158,000.00 annually, depending on experience, location, and internal compensation factors.
