Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:  

 

Characteristics:

Expert in manufacturing product flow, global material replenishment system creation and implementation.

Experience in Customer and Supplier interaction and communication.

Expert in the fundamentals of lean, including pull material systems and inventory management. 

Proven and measurable results towards continuous improvements; goal orientated.

Strong Leader with experience in successfully leading cross functional teams.

Willingness to work up to 70% of time on the floor to help determine and correct issues, improve processes, and create or maintain successful programs.

Be a logical problem solver who loves to improve systems and share knowledge across an organization.

Strong ability in data driven analysis to drive decision making.

Expert in understanding MRP & ERP systems and experience in implementation.

Applicants will be highly interested in learning all aspects of our custom MRP system and work on identifying system improvements. Ability to lead international sites and train for the rollout and implementation of MRP at all of our locations. This leader will be highly invested in all the material flow in and out to our customers and help develop and track KPI's that will help track our performance as well as develop plans to help elevate our teams to the next level.


Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent is preferred

Prefer 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting leading supply chain management, inventory, lean, and operations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
