Role Overview:
As Director of Member Experience, you will be at the heart of creating, curating, and promoting a wide range of events and activities that cater to our diverse Membership. Your creativity, attention to detail and passion for enhancing Member satisfaction will be crucial in delivering memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events and experience strategy that aligns with the Club’s mission and values.
- Plan, organize, execute, and promote a variety of Member events.
- Develop promotional pieces and communicate via Member channels and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Manage event budgets & vendor relationships to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Foster strong relationships with existing Members and partner with New Members using an established onboarding plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others to success.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate at all levels.
- Creativity and innovation in conceptualizing unique event experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
