Industry-leading performance-based bonus program 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k Tuition reimbursement for associates Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 1-week paid volunteer leave each year 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 3 weeks of vacation 100% paid 12-week maternity leave A DAY IN THE LIFE Create and expand ARCO’s footprint in the Mission Critical, Data Center, and Power Based Building spaces, including but not limited to developing and executing the Mission Critical sales plan, attending trade shows, and coordinating and managing the proposal process Provide a comprehensive understanding of how Mission Critical environments are designed, constructed, and operated Oversee construction of Mission Critical facilities from concept design to completion Assist with SPOF analysis, constructability, and commissioning on projects, as needed Understand and identify potential risks associated with the construction of Mission Critical facilities Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within the Mission Critical space Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, industry trends, and competitors, as well as other key indicators to the ARCO management team Develop new and innovative solutions to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency for Mission Critical end users Travel as needed, up to 40% NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0 5-10 years' technical sales and facility design experience within the Mission Critical industry CMCO, CMCP or DCD advanced certifications preferred MAKE YOUR MOVE ARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
