Director of National Accounts On-Premise
Position Responsibilities:  This role is accountable for developing a team leading best in class relationships with a specified list of national and regional retailers, leveraging our portfolio to influence and shape key retailer decisions Responsible for delivering continuous portfolio growth, and leveraging cross functional relationships to achieve goals. Leads joint business planning processes that align RBG and supplier growth with customer strategy Stewards account executive and field execution leader teams monthly retailer planning processes Acts as internal Reyes Beverage Group customer expert, providing input based on customer strategies/insights Partners with field sales organization and senior customer operations leadership to communicate and execute HQ agreed programming and incremental opportunities at scale Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 8 plus years of management experience Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law Preferred Skills and Experience:  Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
