Job Summary:
The Department of Cardiology at Westchester Medical Center is seeking to recruit a Director of Nuclear Cardiology. The successful candidate will have expertise and experience in advanced imaging skills specifically related to nuclear cardiology. The physician must be Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and should demonstrate evidence of both clinical excellence and a rigorous academic record, including scientific publications and participation in post-graduate training. The successful candidate will join a growing full-time faculty with a strong academic background and will collaborate with other physicians at the Medical Center and in the region. In addition to nuclear cardiology imaging, job duties will include general cardiology coverage in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. The practice is based in an academic medical center with fellowship training programs and affiliated with New York Medical College School of Medicine. Academic appointment will be available at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor, commensurate with years of experience and accomplishments.
