Director of Nursing- RN

Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

Pay starting at $90,000, higher rates available based on experience. Pay will include additional benefits and quality bonuses are available

Experience:

Must be an RN (Registered Nurse) and currently licensed in Tennessee Must have professional experience in the practice of geriatrics, nursing administration, and other related areas Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player Prior experience as a DON preferred, but not required

DON Position Highlights:

Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills. Utilized the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care. Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs. Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
