**This is a full time Nursing Director of Women's Services at Gadsden Regional Medical Center in Gadsden, Alabama!** The Women's Services Department Director is a professional associate who maintains the management function for one or more departments within Women's Services, including Labor & Delivery and postpartum. The Women's & Children's Department Director manages the day-to-day function of his/her department and maintains 24-hour accountability for its function, productivity and quality.
