Job Title: Director of Nursing

Job Description: Join our award-winning Assisted Living facility in New Rochelle, NY, as a Director of Nursing! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of resident care. This hands-on leadership role involves clinical oversight, compliance management, and nursing leadership, all under the guidance of the Executive Director. Your expertise will help create a friendly, safe, and secure environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and ensure the delivery of quality resident care.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Lead and manage a team of 2 RNs and 13 LPNs.Oversee chart reviews and ensure accurate documentation.Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.Utilize Point Click Care EMR for efficient clinical operations.Resolve resident issues and provide excellent patient services.Collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve clinical and operating objectives.

Essential Skills:

RN License in New York State.Degree in Nursing or a related field.5+ years of nursing experience.2-3 years of experience in Assisted Living as an RN.Relevant experience in assisted living or nursing home roles.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.Knowledgeable in Assisted Living regulations and operational requirements.Strong communication and patient service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Point Click Care EMR is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $152000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
