JOB SUMMARY
Oversee the cardiovascular care lab electrophysiology, non-invasive cardiology, and cardiac rehabilitation servicesLeverage expertise in structural and regulatory compliance, as well as change management, to enhance service delivery. #LeanDemonstrate strong leadership in managing large teams and expanding service lines effectivelyLead significant projects, including optimizing departments for improved patient experience and team member engagementPossessing extensive experience in the Cath lab will help the ideal candidate for this roleJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the administrative and clinical functions of CV services, ensures appropriate staffing levels, manages budgets for labor and operations, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and oversees the delivery of quality patient care services. Has the ability to hire, fire and discipline staff.
EDUCATION
Preferred: BSN or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
Required: 3 years supervisory experience
CERTIFICATION
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. BLS.
An ideal candidate should have recent cardiac or acute care experience; Master in healthcare administration, MSN or Master in Business Administration will also be considered.
