What You'll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee the clinical operations of the facility and help shape the future of care delivery for our residents. You’ll work in close collaboration with our leadership team, interdisciplinary departments, and dedicated clinical staff to uphold care standards, compliance, and a supportive work environment.

You will:

Lead, develop, and support the nursing team across all shifts

Ensure top-tier quality of care and regulatory compliance

Monitor patient care outcomes and implement improvements

Serve as a mentor, coach, and role model for nursing excellence

Collaborate with facility administration and corporate consultants to meet clinical and operational goals

Occasionally provide on-call support and leadership during weekends as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of North Carolina (required)

BSN preferred

Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, with leadership roles in Long-Term Care or skilled nursing strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Passion for teamwork, staff development, and resident-centered care
