We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our Living Centers in Geneva, NY. The DON will lead and inspire our nursing team, ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Position Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for ensuring that personal and group performance aligns with the principles of a Healing Environment. This includes designing and implementing systems for effective work allocation, communication, resource management, and staff development. The DON fosters engagement through clear expectations, critical thinking, and supportive leadership, while maintaining compliance with long-term care regulations and organizational standards.
