We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for all construction and field service operations, ensuring alignment with company goals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Director will drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize processes for scalability, and lead teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective results while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The Role

Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily operations across all construction and field service functionsDesign and implement operational procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standardsLead cross-functional coordination with Project Management, Engineering, and Safety teams to support project successDevelop long-term operational plans that support company growth, scalability, and process optimizationMonitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing cost efficienciesEnsure all field activities comply with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and excellenceAnalyze operational performance data to guide strategic decision-makingMentor and support the development of operations managers and team leadsOversee the performance review process, goal-setting, and employee development programsRepresent operations in executive meetings and contribute to organizational planningPerform additional duties as assigned Requirements 8+ years of leadership experience in telecommunications, construction operations, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Construction Management, or a related field a plusStrong record of operational strategy execution and team developmentDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and enforce complianceExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in operations management systems and standard business software, Google Suite, MS OfficeRelevant experience in telecommunications, construction operations, or a comparable industry is highly valuedThorough knowledge of operational best practices, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance is essentialDemonstrated ability to apply practical skills and experience to fulfill the core responsibilities of the roleCertifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are a plusMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
