This Opportunity:The primary responsibility of the Director of Operations is to lead TMS services by supporting, planning, providing leadership, coordinating and directing the administrative and operational activities of the TMS teams, under the direction of the VP of Operations.

What You'll Do:

• Assume responsibility for setting up systems and monitoring those systems to ensure administrative duties for the TMS service line are completed effectively, accurately, at a high level, and within agency specified timelines, including all evidenced base practices in accordance TMS service definition.
• Administrative duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing processes such as timesheets, payables, billing, supervision, staff education, clinical documentation in agency
EHR.
• Develop a system of clear communication for staff, including, but not limited to, holding regular staff meetings to facilitate dissemination of accurate and up-to-date information, preparation, and distribution of weekly memos, one-to-one communication, etc. Ensure systems that are in place provide a means for effective communication across shifts, teams, divisions and between consultants, professionals, outside agencies, families and management staff.
• Develop a mechanism to ensure staff schedules and general daily operations meet the demands of the people being supported.
• Complete investigations regarding incidents and complaints as received both internally and externally. Provide supervisory follow-up as needed.
• Provide effective administrative supervision and oversight, as applicable and within generally accepted agency guidelines, to assigned geographical areas and staff.
• Develop and present to Executive Management well thought out proposals for development and implementation of new programs/services and any changes to current services provisions. Ensure all services implemented are based on best practice/emerging best practice guidelines and protocols.
• Assume responsibility for developing and cultivating appropriate referral sources by maintaining positive working relationships within the communities served, including with individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, and funders.
• Attend, actively participate, and take leadership roles in community meetings within the assigned enhanced services area, as well as cross-functional team meetings. Be a leader in the community.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers and provide insight and input into initial and ongoing assessment and effectiveness of PCP and progress made by person receiving services.
• Support teams in identifying opportunities for community connections and development/enhancement of natural support networks for people served.
• Aid in hiring, training, and coaching members of the TMS teams to ensure superior service for the individuals being supported.
• Prepare and submit required or requested reports, documents, assessments, evaluations, and paperwork.
• Participate in each teams’ weekly meetings and provide clinical oversight, consultation and guidance related to all those served.
• Ensure staff are appropriately trained regarding plans and related programs and demonstrate an understanding of specific plan components (including but not limited to all privileging requirements as outlines by area programs). Assist in the design and presentation of agency wide training.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures including preventative and crisis
services. Schedule and participate in on-call coverage.
• Work with supervisor on the continual assessment and enhancement of services provided throughout the agency.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.
• Follow service definition guidelines for services being provided.
• Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Driving and travel may be required.

Education We're Looking For:Masters: Human Services (Required)

Certifications We're Looking For:Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) - State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - State Social Work Certification and Licensure Board, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - State Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board
