Job Summary
The Director of Operations will play a vital role in overseeing the operational performance and strategic growth of fertility clinics in Texas. This position will be responsible for overseeing multi-clinic management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of fertility practice management, and a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Practice Management: Provide guidance and direction to practice managers or site managers in all aspects of daily operations, including financial management, staffing, patient scheduling, billing, and collections.Performance Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance practice efficiency, productivity, and profitability.Regional Growth: Collaborate with the VP Operations to develop and execute strategic plans for practice growth within the designated region, including market analysis, new practice acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor practice managers to ensure a high-performing and motivated team. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to drive professional development and enhance employee engagement.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all practices within the region adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices. Implement and monitor compliance programs to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.Financial Management: Prepare and manage annual budgets for each clinic, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainabilityPatient Experience Enhancement: Collaborate closely with clinic managers to improve patient satisfaction scores and overall experience through delivery models and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvementQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations management, specifically in women’s health or fertility clinicsProven track record of leadership in a multi-site environment, with strong organizational and project management skillsProven track record in successfully managing multiple practices, driving operational performance, and achieving financial targets.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel within the designated region as required.Mackenzie Stuart is a leading executive search and selection business.
