JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic operations of the organization. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Argentina’s business landscape, regulations, and operational challenges. You will be a domain expert in navigating the complexities of local compliance, tax regulations, and business management, ensuring our operations run efficiently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Advanced English; In-depth knowledge of Argentina's regulatory landscape, tax laws, and operational requirements for running a company in Argentina.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, ideally within a financial services, technology, or software organization.
• Proven track record in a senior operational role, overseeing complex projects and driving
company-wide strategies.
