Our team is growing, and we are looking for a strong leader to oversee operations within our Employee Benefits practice. The Operations Lead role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to manage processes, training, and collaboration amongst the Benefits team.
In this role, you will:
Understand commission split policies and how changes impact HUB and producer compensation
Allocate commission splits for new products and correct errors
Oversee reverse invoicing process, understanding the impacts to compensation and financials
Provide direction on issues with reverse invoicing process to team for issues and process updates
Act as lead for the employee benefits team in all operations calls and meetings representing HUB Colorado perspectives
Gain expertise in operational setup of Benefit Point, including region and office setup, permissions, and updates to ensure understanding of updates and changes
Act as lead for all audits gathering input from Select and Key Directors to provide accurate updates to corporate
Understand the links between Epic and Benefit Point, reviewing errors, as well as working with AM team to resolve issues impacting the error reports
Understand commission processes and timing, acting as a resource for resolving issues with Producers, Leadership, and Corporate
Act as lead for operations integration for mergers and acquisitions
Design and improve operational processes for Critical Path; lead data gathering and distribution
Design and improve operational processes for cross-sell tracking; lead data gathering and distribution
Create and deliver training on Benefit Point for new employees and for process updates
Craft training materials for Benefit Point, reverse invoicing, and other operational processes
Collaborate with Key and Select Directors as well as Analytics Manager on special projects that require data analysis as needed
Work with Analytics Manager to provide data comparisons for EB products and services
What you offer us:
5+ years of Employee Benefits experience within an agency
Proficiency in Benefit Point software
Current Life & Health Producer’s License
High school diploma required, though four year college degree preferred
Strong ability to listen and prioritize with colleagues, leadership, and Corporate
Above average written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in broker management systems, specifically Benefit Point and EPIC
Excellent organizational and time management skills

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience
