Marksman Titan Security Group is a leading privately held provider of security services and security-related technology solutions. We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our team for the Wisconsin and Chicago Suburbs. Job Summary: 

The Director of Operations reports to the Region President and is primarily responsible for overseeing operational support functions including scheduling, account management, client relations, and field supervision. Additionally, the Director of Operations will work directly with Portfolio and Operations Managers and the HR department to ensure Titan provides “Best-In-Class service” to our clients and our staff. The Director of Operations will office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities Responsible for operational excellence and development of the operating teams including scheduling, field supervision, portfolio management and other supporting functions.Works with VP of Operations to set key metrics and goals to assess performance of operations teams.Schedules, conducts, and manages recurring group and individual meetings to drive service excellence and achievement of client and company goals.Oversees annual review process for operations teams, including documentation of positive and negative performance, informal coaching and team member development.Reviews disciplinary issues with operating teams to ensure compliance with company and union guidelines. Consults with HR to review concerns and questions.Supports operating teams and HR in review of involuntary terminations including coordinating and conducting exit interviews, assisting with unemployment claims, union grievances and appealsSupports operating teams in hiring, training and on-boarding. Troubleshoots and remove barriers to hiring challenges and onboarding issues.Explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to all staff and job applicants, as needed.Compile and prepare internal and external reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trendsResponsible for tracking company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. and ensuring company equipment is utilized in accordance with applicable policiesStays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our servicesSupports the organization’s culture, processes, practices and systems to ensure that all employees are given the opportunity to contribute to the business goals of the company and its clientsReview new business opportunities with sales team members, reviewing alignment with company growth goals and culture.Prepare internal and external correspondence and memos as neededSuccessfully support operations in Wisconsin and Chicago Suburbs. Work in the company offices or at a customer location – this is not a remote/work from home role.Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. at least 5 years of management experience working in the security services industry with a large remote hourly workforce. Must have a working knowledge of security services operational functions.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC (IL) and Wisconsin Security License

Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Other Qualifications: Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Experience with workforce management systems and scheduling systems preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Physical Demands: Standard office environment.

Salary & Benefits: Base salary 100,000-120,000K yearly based on experience plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
