The Position Proposition:
Primoris Power Delivery is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in business operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring all processes run smoothly. Manage and lead a team of operations controllers and office staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for operational goals. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making data-driven decisions. Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Educational & Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred in business or construction management. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of business processes and operational best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
