Director of Outreach Monte Nido & Affiliates Remote - West Coast Based Monte Nido & Affiliates has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. The Director of Outreach will co-partner with the COO on outreach efforts for Monte Nido & Affiliates by developing and executing outreach strategies with Regional Outreach Managers to drive census and admission budgets achievement. This will be overseeing our west coast facilities in Arizonia, California, and Oregon. Responsibilities Include: Partner in executing in comprehensive business development plan as needed to meet admission and census budgets Strategize with COO and other personnel on proposed business plans, outreach needs and timelines for new markets and programs. Choose national sponsorship opportunities and conference with COO. Field supervision and help evaluate regional activity Outreach supervision of region including field observation and regional brainstorm including triaging sponsorship, presenter and seminar recommendations, rosters and requests General team communications / coordinate with admissions as needed Salesforce auditing / support / data management / reporting to help analyze effectiveness of efforts. Training / Ongoing training for outreach department Education / Continue Education liaison for team Alumni initiative for MNA Partner with Admissions on day-to-day (call log oversight, IV queue, referral source triaging, etc…) Project management (Alumni initiative oversight; Initial interface with programs; competitive analysis management, general questions re outreach, contract communication, training new CD’s, etc.) Salesforce auditing / support / data management / reporting to help analyze effectiveness of efforts. Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Marketing, Business Administration or related field required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the health care industry. Must have understanding of the behavioral health business development industry and experience overseeing teams. Should have demonstrated ability to work closely with outpatient treatment professionals, Admissions and onsite staff.
