We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to build and maintain relationships with our strategic partners and assist them in closing sales to generate revenue for our business. 

This is a remote position based in the contiguous U.S.

You’ll make an impact as you:

Generate Revenue and drive profitable sales via partners. Identify and pursue new partners that align with the company's goals. Negotiate partnership agreements to create deals that benefit both parties. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams. Monitor partnership performance to evaluate the success of existing partnerships. Address challenges and proactively resolve issues that arise in partnerships. Analyze the market to stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies. Provide clear communication and work with stakeholders from partner companies. Pursue internal and external alignment for each partnership. Arbitrate partnership-related strategies and business decisions. 

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

10 years of experience in enterprise software and service sales in a hybrid direct / partnership driven commercial engagement model. Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of finding, managing, and delivering sales via strategic partners in the US market. Ability to define a methodology to decide where to invest time and resources for optimal long-term partnerships. The role will require an individual comfortable working strategically in the board room and also working tactically to help partners to close sales. Ability to travel 50% on average, some months will require more than average travel. Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
