**JOB PURPOSE:** The Director, People & Culture will act as a strategic HR leader and will be responsible for planning and execution of key HR initiatives across DRB Systems with a focus on talent, organizational development, change management, DE&I, and the employee experience. The Director, People & Culture will be a trusted advisor and business partner to the DRB executive leadership team and serve as an expert on people and organizational issues providing solutions that support the achievement of the organization's vision, values, and growth goals. This role will advise on human resources best practices while being a champion of the company’s culture and values.

+ Business Strategy Alignment: Understand DRB’s strategic direction and goals to align, develop, and execute HR strategy accordingly.
+ Organizational Development: Partner with the executive leadership team, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to drive organizational change initiatives, manage HR-related internal and external communication with the support of the Internal Communications team, and promote organizational values and culture.
+ Talent Management: Partner with Talent Development Center of Excellence at Vontier to develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, retention, succession planning, and career development to ensure the organization has top talent in place to achieve its strategic goals. Partner with peers across OpCos and Vontier to identify opportunities for internal talent movement.
+ Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process for DRB. Provide guidance, education, and coaching to senior leadership on performance related initiatives.
+ Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Vontier to implement strategies that will attract top talent in support of business goals.
+ Engagement & Team Member Experience: Partner with senior leaders on engagement and cultural initiatives that will enhance the team member experience and drive a high-performance culture.
+ Compensation & Benefits: Partner with the Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence at Vontier to inform and develop competitive compensation and incentive plans that attract and retain high performing talent and are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
+ Partner with Vontier to drive and support ID&E initiatives and programs for DRB
+ Use HR metrics & data to provide insights to senior leadership that influence people strategies
+ Effectively lead, coach, and continuously develop capability of People & Culture Business Partner team.
+ Support the Vontier HR Transformation and transition of DRB HR Operations in Vontier Shared Services and foster a One Vontier and One HR culture.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: **
The position works under general direction of the Global Vice President, People and Culture, exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance in the department.
**Human relations**
This position interacts with both internal and external customers.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Required education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources/related Field preferred; MBA is a plus. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
+ Required experience: 7+ years broad experience in Human Resources, 3+ years working as a strategic HR business partner across various business functions and levels; Experience leading HR teams
+ Required experience coaching and advising leaders and employees to deliver high performance
+ Required experience driving continuous improvement in HR processes
+ Required experience deploying and implementing HR initiatives
+ Required experience leading through change & transformation initiatives
**Preferred Experience**
+ Ability to influence and voice appropriate HR solutions at all levels
+ Prior experience in a technology organization
+ HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar)
+ Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions to integrate HR and business priorities
+ Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
+ Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology tools, UKG or Dayforce is a plus
+ M&A experience is a plus
+ Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
+ Travel: Willingness to travel periodically in support of collaboration with other DRB Systems teams
