Director of Performance Analytics - Health

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will implement all outcome and Indicator reporting for assigned areas and will lead a team responsible for summarizing important findings and will work with management to use data in their ongoing planning. You will report to the Senior Director of Performance Analytics.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will review all necessary aspects of assigned Businesses and Programs to provide summary reporting and recommendations to maximize overall performance.

2. Meet with assigned Business and Program management to review information and apply results to future planning.

3. Analyze complex financial performance models and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control or other decisions.

4. Provide consolidated reporting on important metrics to leadership.

5. You will work with Business Intelligence development team to automate analysis content for self-service usage by business leads.

6. Work with partner management teams to ensure they have complete understanding of available reporting and identifies reporting gaps.

7. Conduct additional ad hoc analysis based on important findings from overall Indicator reviews.

8. Train direct reports in usage of Business Intelligence resources, and performance analysis requirements.

9. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field and six (6) years of experience planning and analysis in assigned discipline, OR ten [10] years of directly related experience in lieu of education. Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, Word, and PowerPoint Maintain organization, meet deadlines, have integrity, and confidentiality Interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
