Rate: $55k - $60k /yr Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know Director of Patient Care Services Job Responsibilities The DPCS is responsible for the management of the agency’s clinical operations, personnel performance, and delivery of quality clinical services Assures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards and assists the Executive Director (ED) in achieving budget goals. Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program and the relevant requirements including the Code of Conduct, Documentation Compliance, and HIPAA. The DPCS assumes the ED responsibilities in the absence of the ED. Commit to the values and mission of AccentCare, Inc. Qualifications Director of Patient Care Services Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred, in nursing or other health related field Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state Minimum three years’ experience, within the last five years, in a home health agency with at least one year of which was in a supervisory or administrative role Current CPR certification Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
