Director of PMO and Drop Shipments

Are you ready to showcase your leadership and customer service skills while driving business growth? If so, this is the role for you! As the Director of NA PMO and Drop Shipments, reporting to the Director of Global Operations and COE, you’ll take charge of leading the execution of all Projects and MRO North America orders. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee a team of 30+, including seven direct reports, ensuring excellence in order entry, order management, project management, procurement, and resolution. You’ll serve as the crucial link between our plants, back offices, and sales channels, representing the organization to global functional and regional leadership and participating in key customer meetings.


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Achieve Shipment Targets: Set and meet monthly shipment goals to ensure quarterly targets are achieved, contributing to overall business growth. Establish and Track KPIs: Define performance metrics for each functional area within the Center of Excellence and hold teams accountable for meeting these standards. Drive Project Excellence: Lead the PMO team to successfully complete all key project performance indicators, ensuring on-time delivery for customer satisfaction. Align CoE Goals with Business Strategy: Ensure CoE goals are strategically aligned with ISV’s objectives and drive effective implementation for impactful results. Process Improvement: Use detailed execution strategies and lean methodologies to streamline processes and enhance delivery. Performance Reporting and Action Planning: Report regularly to business leaders on team performance, developing and implementing action plans for continuous improvement. Foster Team Development: Guide back-office teams to achieve and exceed critical metrics, supporting professional growth and operational excellence. Leadership in Project Orders Management: Take charge of leading project orders, providing strategic oversight and direction to ensure success at every stage.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or customer service Strong, versatile leader with 2+ years of experience in team development and leadership Proven ability to tackle complex issues in project and process gaps across a global organization Experience in organizational change management and driving continuous improvement initiatives Advanced proficiency in MS Excel High emotional intelligence and diplomacy, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and acknowledge areas for growth Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems (preferred) Demonstrated success in team leadership and positive guidance, particularly in project management and order execution Proven experience collaborating across a site to build and strengthen key business relationships Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation abilities Our Offer To You:
