Position Overview As the commercial vehicle industry undertakes its most significant transformation in a century, International stands at the forefront,  no longer content with merely supplying trucks, buses, and engines, International is on a mission to redefine transportation. We are currently seeking an  Director of Pricing - Parts to join our  Team.

The  individual  will define, develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of pricing models and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits.   

 

 

 

  Responsibilities Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio. Establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Monitors the ongoing business environment to ensure competitive pricing/market position. Directs the development and analysis of pricing models and projections.  Develops and manages their team.Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis.Monitors ongoing competitive environment to ensure and practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction.Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue.Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.Influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.Negotiating with customers or management.Analyze and interpret meaningful insights from large amounts of data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 14 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 12 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

OR

At least 16 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experienceAt least 6 years of management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
