Summary:
The Director of Private Bank is the leader of the primary sales and relationship management colleagues of the Private Bank, who are responsible for planning and executing strategies to manage and increase the wealth of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. The Director of Private Bank leads a team of Regional Managers located across the Huntington footprint responsible for local delivery of wealth management solutions and service to clients.
Location: Columbus, OH – Detroit, MI – Chicago, IL – Minneapolis, MN – Charlotte, NC

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a high performing sales and relationship management team with a primary focus on capturing assets under management, loans, and depositsResponsible for recruiting and talent upgrade strategiesDevelop and implement strategies and tactics, in collaboration with other Wealth Management leaders, to drive revenue growth by cultivating new relationships and deepening existing onesManage a team that delivers legendary client serviceBuild strong relationships across all Huntington business segments to deepen client relationships.Partner with the Wealth Management Director and other Wealth Management leaders to develop the vision and strategic direction of the business segmentAn active participant and visible leader on the Wealth Leadership TeamActive and well connected in the community and with external centers of influenceAssist in the development and refinement of incentive compensation plans in coordination with the Wealth Management Director and other Wealth leadersBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree10+ years of wealth management industry experience10+ years sales management experience and a demonstrated track record as an effective leaderPreferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalentStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrategic thinking and decision-making skillsSales and business development skillsStrong negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targets
