Job Description The Director of Process Development will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and scientists in advancing process development and nanofabrication of the companys novel spin-torque transfer STT magnetoresistive random access memory MRAM device technology. This individual will be responsible for process development and implementation of process flows for the fabrication of prototype devices and large arrays of devices, and for integrating devices into CMOS processes. Responsibilities will include managing a team of process engineers and scientists. The position requires expertise in the processing of magnetic devices, including MTJ structures, hard mask formation, ion beam etching, magnetic sensors andor spin-transfer devices, and experience with integrating these various processing steps to form functional prototype devices. Duties include designing and implementing robust thin film deposition, etching, and lithographic processes for MRAM device fabrication and optimization of process parameters.
