We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as Director of Procurement. In this senior-level role, you will play a critical part in driving the efficiency and success of our supply chain and overall operations. You will direct sourcing, purchasing, and contracting to achieve the best value, highest quality, and timely supply of goods and equipment. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in procurement strategy, strong negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of market trends. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape procurement practices, build strong vendor relationships, and deliver cost savings that directly support our company’s growth and success. This position can be located in Brownsville, WI or Milwaukee, WI; however, weekly travel to the Brownsville corporate office is required.

What it takes:

Oversee the full procurement cycle from sourcing and bidding to contracting, payments, and supplier performance. Manage budgets, contracts, and agreements to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and financial targets are met. Optimize procurement operations by integrating systems, centralizing contract management, and improving inventory control. Build strong supplier relationships, diversify sourcing strategies, and mitigate supply chain risks. Leverage data dashboards and market insights to drive agile, informed decision-making. Lead, train, and develop the procurement team while embedding CSR and sustainability into procurement practices.
